First time making an appointment to come to this site and I was running late due to confusion with parking and locating the actual building the clinic is in. When I got to the actual front desk the clerk mentioned a 20 minute grace period. I was under the 20 minutes and the doctor refused to see me. That to me is poor customer service and there was no grace to a new patient. Also informing patients about the strict late policy would also have been helpful. I also waited 3 months to see a GYN, so this was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

This was my first time seeing Dr. keen, she made me feel very comfortable by talking to me and explaining what she was doing step by step. I would definitely be seeing her again for my annuals.

I’m going through a health journey that I never expected. It’s quite upsetting, and I don’t know how I would be getting through this without Dr. Keen. Her compassion while being straightforward has made a difficult process doable.

Everyone is very friendly, Inwas taken back right away. Dr. Kohl was informative, she listened and took the time to ask questions and have a conversation. I never once felt rushed. I have been going here since they opened and won’t go anywhere else.

I've requested for the results of my pap smear several times and every time the receptionist said she would send it to me, but I received nothing. It's been more than a year and I still do not have my results. The consultation with Dr. Myers was fine. She heard my concerns to a certain point and was patient, but I was not comfortable taking hormones and I wish she had offered alternative options. I ended up finding another solution by reading scientific publications on PubMed. Have never had to take the hormones.
