Although I think Dr. Meyers is an amazing doctor, I am very upset at the scheduling department at this facility. I called out of work without pay for my appointment and also am extremely anxiety everytime I get a PAP Smear. I was completely naked on the table and they come in today 5/21/25 to tell me I have to wait until after 5/30/25 for my insurance to pay for my PAP smear. I called my insurance company and they said you can have a PAP smear every calendar year and you don't have to wait 365 days exactly. Waste of my day, time, money, wages, stress and anxiety. I am not going back to this facility unfortunately.

I met Dr. Keen for the first time after wanting to switch to an all female office. Right when she came into the room, she was warm, welcoming, and I instantly felt connected and comfortable asking my questions and talking about all of my concerns. I felt validated and treated as if I had been a patient of hers for years.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Myers and her staff. Everyone was kind and amazing. And i didn’t feel rushed or unheard.
Dr Myers took her time to get to know me and really listen. I look forward to my continued care with her practice, especially on the journey of menopause. For the first time in a while, I really feel like there’s hope with my health.

Dr. Keen and the office staff are friendly and welcoming, and I’ve always been seen in a very timely manner. Dr. Keen has a warm demeanor and takes the time to explain options and answer my questions, and I feel cared for as a patient and a person - not just another name on the list for the day. Highly recommend this practice for women’s health in NW Philadelphia!

I had not been to a gyn in years as a result of a trauma. I went to Dr. Kohl and the exam and time spent were so much better than I could have imagined. She is caring, warm, and encouraged me to make another appointment to discuss some issues I am having. Very impressed.

Dr. Keen is excellent, very professional and personable. I have been a patient of hers for about a year and my experience has been wonderful. She makes sure I fully understand the procedures I need to undergo and is attentive to every detail.
